Human Resource Development Division (HRDD):

        This division is headed by a Director and it has the following three sections, each one is headed by a deputy director.

  1. Schools Teacher Training Section

  2. Management Training Section

  3. Training Certification Section

The main duties and responsibilities of this division are:

  • Implementing the plans and programmes for certifying various level teacher's  trainings

  • Implementing the plans and programmes for curriculum, curriculum development and modifications, directives and identification of the needs of various teacher's training

  • Implementing the plans and programmes of training of trainers after developing curriculum and directives of the Training for the Trainers

  • Inspecting, monitoring and  coordinating functions of the Educational Training Centres and sub-centres

  • Implementing the plans and programmes according to the policy of partnership and collaboration with national and international training institutions related to teacher's training

  • Giving the suggestions to Training Committee and provide trainings on the process of providing with affiliation for the institutions with necessary infrastructures to conduct trainings of full-time in-service teachers

  • Implementing plans and programmes regarding gender awareness and cultural equality

  • Providing recognition to equivalency and teacher training

  • Providing certificates to the teachers completing ten months training successfully

  • Keeping records of Teachers Training and examinations

  • Implementing the directed or conducted programmes by training committee

  • Coordinating with other divisions

  • Implementing the teacher training plans and programmes

  • Assuring the standard and base to ensure economic transparency in the private training centres and implement them

  • Assisting in policy making for running teachers training examination

  • Inspecting and monitoring the   quality of the trainings conducted by the training centres

  • Implementing the plans of Human Resource Development

  • Implementing the multipurpose information technology/system

  • Monitoring the training centres and to appoint the authorized personnel's

  • Taking the action on the report submitted by the superintendent of the training examination and the same to training examination committee

  • Monitoring the fixed exam fees are utilized by private training centres and  submit the same report training examination committee

  • Preparing the basis for retotalling of the training examination
